Car Show Vendor Booth (Pay Online)

We also request that you donate one item for the Ridge Route Run Car Show raffle. We recommend packaging it with a business card to promote your business!

Vendors will be provided a 12x12 booth space. If you need more room, two spaces should be purchased.

Vendor spaces are limited. Spaces are assigned by the event staff prior to the show but we do take requests. Please include any requests with your application form and payment. Vendors are to check-in at the Information Booth to receive their booth location.

Set-up begins at 7:00 am on May 25, 2024, and must be completed and vehicles moved by 8:45am. Any vendor arriving after 9:30am will forfeit their space and application fee.

Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, easy ups, permits and power source, if needed.

Setup may be on pavement or dirt, so weights are recommended for tents. Power is not provided and generators are allowed but must be quiet and CARB Compliant.

Trash service is not provided; you must haul out all of your trash.

Please come prepared for any kind of weather. Fees will not be refunded based on weather conditions. This is a mountain community and weather can vary this time of year. Sorry but there are no refunds if you are unable to attend the show.
